Salmon Salad

Recipe quantity:  3 cups | Servings: 3 | Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

15 oz canned salmon

1 stalk celery, chopped

1/4 onion

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1/2 Tbsp fresh dill

1/2 tsp salt

Black pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, onion, and celery.

2. In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, and salt. Taste and add black pepper to taste.

3. Stir the dressing into the main salmon mixture and serve. This recipe can be stored in the refrigerator for up to four days in an air-tight container. Enjoy!
