Ingredients:
1 spray avocado oil spray
2 eggs, large
2 scoops whey protein powder, unsweetened
6 Tbsp almond milk, unsweetened
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Place a non-stick skillet on the stove over medium heat. Spray with avocado oil spray.
2. Mix the eggs, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add the almond milk a little at a time until the batter is pancake batter consistency.
3. Using a ⅓ cup measure, pour out the batter into the skillet. Flip the pancake when bubbles start to form on the top.
4. Serve hot with butter, and/or your choice of stevia-sweetened syrup.
