Chocolate Chip Cookies with Almond Flour and Stevia

Recipe quantity:  10 cookies | Servings: 5 | Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

4 Tbsp stevia chocolate chips

2 Tbsp stevia

2 Tbsp coconut oil

1 Tbsp almond milk, unsweetened

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp baking soda

Directions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F.

2. Stir dry ingredients very well. Add wet to form a dough. Shape into cookies (about 10).

3. Place on a cookie tray, and bake on the center rack for 10 - 12 minutes.

4. Let cool an additional 10 minutes before handling, as they are very delicate at first but firm up completely once cool.

5. Serve, and enjoy!
